RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of secondhand materials , all items are subject to imperfections and minor wear. GrandMother carefully selects any/all Goods with care, and mends any blemishes as much as possible. Items with minor imperfections that cannot be mended will be described in item listing.
It is important to me that you love your order. If not, I gladly accept exchanges or store credit under the following conditions:
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange return shipment; all returned items must be received within 30 days of delivery
Any shipment return cost will be made by the customer. A confirmation email will be sent when the product has been received along with a store credit voucher.

If you have any questions regarding an item, feel free to email grandmothergoods@gmail.com for further descriptions, pictures, or videos of your possible purchase. All items with minor flaws will be listed in the product description for your reference.
In the case that an item is not as specified and you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue. I would rather we attempt to remedy the situation together than you discarding or neglecting the Goods alone!
